New York University Cycling

Mikael began coaching NYU Cycling in 2012 and the team won their first ever conference championships in 2014. Prior to Mikael's arrival, NYU had only sent one rider to Collegiate National Championships. NYU has sent 2 to 4 riders to Nationals in each of the past 3 years!

CRCA Development Foundation Cycling Team

The Century Road Club Development Foundation (“CRCDF” or the “Foundation”) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit focused on youth and grassroots cycling in the New York tri-state area. With financial support from the Century Road Club Association and the broader cycling community CRCDF’s primary pursuit of this mission is accomplished via the CRC Development Foundation Team (the “Team”).

Beginning 2016, our Foundation's first initiative was to select an USAC-licensed coach to provide regularly scheduled on and off the bike instruction and training programs for the Team. After going through a lengthy process, we are delighted to have Coach Mikael Hanson onboard.
More info on CRCDF can be found at: http://www.crcdf.org/
